Yoga to help you get through the quarantine with ease

If the self-quarantine is getting harder on you, it might be because of your lack of movement. While jogging around the neighborhood and in parks are no longer allowed during this period, nothing should stop you from working out at home.

Coaches agree that 10-15 minutes of activity per day is enough to awaken the body.
