“SALAMTI”, a mobile app to prevent breast cancer

Written by FDM

On the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8, Roche Laboratories are launching “SALAMTI”, a mobile application to encourage and guide users to regular self-examination.

As part of its awareness-raising actions for the early detection of breast cancer, Roche Laboratories are announcing the launch of “SALAMTI”, a mobile application to encourage and guide users to regular self-examination.

Practical and very easy to use, “SALAMTI” offers a step-by-step guide, in the form of a tutorial of animated visuals, indicating the actions to be followed for an effective self-examination. “SALAMTI” also includes a reminder tool, depending on the menstrual cycle, which sends a notification once a month, so that self-examination becomes a routine for users. Because the earlier breast cancer is detected, the better it can be treated and cured, as Roche Laboratories highlights in a press release.

Downloadable for free.
