COVID-19: Casablanca-Settat region registers the highest number of cases

The number of people infected with the coronavirus rises up to 275 cases on March 26 at 6 p.m. Casablanca being in the lead has recorded a number of  87 confirmed cases, that is to say, 28 cases more than the day before.

The regional distribution of contamination cases is the following: Casablanca-Settat: 87 cases (+28), Fès-Meknès: 51 cases (+1), Rabat-Salé-Kénitra: 50 cases (+5), Marrakech-Safi: 43 cases (+11), Tangier-Tetouan Al Hoceima: 16 cases (+1), Souss-Massa: 10 cases (+2), Oriental region: 7 cases, Béni Mellal-Khénifra: 7 cases (+1), Drâa- Tafilalet: 3 cases (+1), Guelmim-Oued Noun: 1 case. The regions of Laâyoune and Dakhla have not recorded remains free of any case.

The death toll currently stands at ten. The four new deaths occurred in Marrakech (2), Casablanca (1) and Rabat (1), while the number of recoveries is eight.
