Yemeni singer “Balqees” highlights Moroccan Culture in New Release

Yemeni-Emarati singer Balqees Fethi has once again released a Moroccan song to the delight of her fans dubbed “Sabra”.

After two songs in Moroccan dialect “Taala tchouf” and “la vie is good”, the Yemeni-Emarati singer Balqees Fethi has once again hit a soft spot for Moroccan fans with her new 100% Moroccan song “Sabra”.

“Sabra” was composed by Marouane Asil and written by Younes Adam. The music video, filmed in the Atlas Mountains is directed by the young Abderrafia El Abdioui and features renowned Moroccan actor Amine Ennaji. Meantime, the musical arrangement has been entrusted to Amine Rahmoun.

With this song, Balqees once again expresses her great love for Morocco while honoring its heritage by referring, in particular, to the culture, gastronomy and Moroccan clothing. The video already amassed over 2 million views as the time of the writing.
