– 1 square of dark chocolate
– 5 ml almond syrup
– 30 ml wipped cream
– Cocoa powder
– 100 ml of milk with 1.5% fat
– 100 ml of 35% cream
– 1 Ladyfinger biscuit
– 40 ml Ispirazione Venezia
Start by pouring 100 ml of cream with 35% fat into the Nespresso Barista machine. Close the lid, select the “Con Panna espresso” recipe and press the start key.
Then pour 100 ml of milk directly into the machine. Close the lid, select the “cappuccino” recipe and press the start key. Place 1 square of dark chocolate and 5 ml of almond syrup in a cup. Extract 40ml of Ispirazione Venezia on it. Add the whipped cream mixture over the coffee. Place the hot milk froth on the cream.
Sprinkle with dark chocolate powder to enhance.
Serve with a delicious biscuit and Voila!
