2M organized the third edition of the Tilila Trophy, a prize rewarding the most committed advertisements in favor of enhancing the image of women. The awards ceremony took place on Thursday, November 25 in Casablanca, in the presence of many actors in advertising, communication consulting agencies, media representatives, as well as opinion leaders, and institutional partners.
A selection of 10 television and digital advertising spots were in the running for one of the three distinctions. The novelty of this year was the Tililab, a contest open to young talents under 30, who have benefited from the supervision of 2M and advertising professionals for the realization of their works. Five ads were nominated for this award.
The trophies were awarded following the deliberations of a prestigious jury made up of Ahmed Ghazali, lawyer and former president of HACA, Ilham Hraoui, director of the advertising and digital solutions of SNRT, Khadija Alami, producer, and Ali Kettani, financier and producer.
- The Jury Prize was awarded to the Office for Vocational Training and Work Promotion (OFPPT) / Agence Zone Bleue DDB;
- The Coup de Cœur Prize went to COPAG / The Next Clic Agency;
- Finally, the Honorary Prize was awarded to MIO / RAPP Agency;
- The Tililab prize went to Zakaria El Jouhari.
The ceremony was also the occasion to pay a special tribute to the filmmaker Nabil Ayouch, director of several feature films which had the merit of addressing sensitive subjects concerning the reality of women in Moroccan society. A tribute video was thus screened depicting his career and his commitment to social causes and the defense of women’s rights.
