40 cl water
400 g sugar
1 bunch of basil
1 half lime
1 ice cream flavored with ginger
Combine water with sugar, zest, and lemon juice in a bowl. Put on the heat until boiling. Add the basil, and turn off the heat. Let sit for 4 hours.
Peel the pineapple, cut it into cubes, place them in soup plates. Pour the soup over it and decorate with a scoop of ice cream and a little chopped basil.
