Morocco’s Yousra Karim and Hayat El Garaa won respectively the silver and bronze medals in the discus throw event (class F41), on Wednesday, as part of the Tokyo Paralympic Games.
After the bronze medal won by Moroccan Saida Amoudi in the shot put at the Tokyo Paralympic Games, two other athletes s out. They are Yousra Karim and Hayat El Garaa who respectively won the silver and bronze medals in the discus throw event (class F41), within the framework of the Tokyo Paralympic Games.
Yousra made a throw at 37.35 m, her best personal performance, not far behind the Tunisian gold medalist Raoua Tlili, who smashed the old world record (37.91) in the process. Meanwhile, Hayat El Garaa finished third with a performance of 29.30 m.
