This unique rock desert extends over an area of roughly 20 km into a lunar landscape composed of hard sand dunes, rock gardens, and wadis. A breathtaking natural spectacle in which beauty is revealed to be different under the changing light of the sun, from evanescent dawn to blazing dusk. An invitation to capture the magic of the desert.
Inara Camp has designed comfortable 30 m2 tents, each equipped with a king-sized bed and quality bedding, a bathroom with a shower with hot water, and a separate toilet. The suites have a small living room. Each tent has a wooden terrace that invites visitors to contemplate the life-size panorama.
The decoration has been carefully designed to enhance the spirit of the desert. Vincent Jaquet, the creator of Inara, is an explorer at heart and a lover of Moroccan artisan heritage. He searches for wood and iron pieces and diverts them from their daily use to create a unique universe where each object tells a story.
6 new tents have just been fitted out. With an area of 25 m2, they are installed on wooden terraces of 42 m2 offering a panoramic view of the Atlas mountains and the canyon.
The inside screams comfort with a king-sized bed, a bathroom with shower and hot water, and a separate toilet.
Inara Camp offers packages from 2,000 DH for 2 people with dinner and breakfast included. Special offer during the first 4 months of deconfinement in Morocco: 1,200 DH for 2 people with dinner and breakfast included.
Inara Camp has been designed in several areas in order to offer maximum privacy. Each guest, family, or small group has their own space.
For food, two areas have been designed: the Soukoune and the Terrasses d’Agafay at the top of the camp are intended for day visitors, while the overnight travelers, get to experience the “restaurant” tents below, near the swimming pool. For lunch or dinner, the teams set up a table with a simple but refined art of entertaining. The “restaurant” tents are the ideal spot to contemplate the breathtaking spectacle of the sunset and its light which sublimates the landscape.
The highlight of the camp is its lagoon swimming pool. Designed with natural materials, it blends harmoniously into the surrounding nature, like a natural water point in the heart of this oasis, and welcomes you at any time of the day for a refreshing dip.
After these months of closure due to lockdown, Inara Camp has expanded the activities on-site in order to enrich the many possibilities offered by the Agafay desert. In addition to supervised (accompanied) walks on foot, in dromedaries, quads or mountain bikes, which remain a must for exploring the beauty of the site, a new play area has been set up with new petanque grounds, tennis courts, a giant billiards table, a soccer field, and even a bowling alley. Something to delight the young and old!
