Launch of the Young Moroccan Architecture Awards competition

The call to participate at the Young Moroccan Architecture Awards (YMAA) has started. The contest rewards the creativity of young architects under 45 years old and launched at the initiative of architecture and building media group (Archimedia).

A call for application to the Young Moroccan Architecture Awards (YMAA) has been launched. The purpose of this award is to celebrate the architectural ambassadors of Morocco under the age of 45.

The most deserving architects will thus receive awards in a range of 32 categories covering all architectural disciplines and 3 distinctions, as well as 2 prizes that will reward Moroccan students at the end of their university course in national and foreign architecture schools.

The jury is chaired by the architect Taoufik El Oufir, surrounded by professionals from Morocco, Italy, and France, and with the architect of the grand theater in Casablanca, Christian de Portzamparc as the guest of honor.
