Latitude 33, the trendy restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca is reopening its doors to guests. Ideally nestled by the swimming pool of the Resort Urbain and surrounded by lush vegetation, Latitude 33 extends the dinner service throughout the mild summer evenings.

It’s a revisited menu that showcases ethnic specialties inspired by countries located on the 33rd parallel that Latitude 33 offers. The menu suggests a selection of fresh starters, sushi, grilled meats, seafood, and smash burgers.

Inspired by Mexico, the Avocado Salad with its spicy guacamole, braised lettuces, and grilled almonds, is the ideal appetizer for this world tour of flavors.
The journey continues with a stopover in India and its yogurt and masala marinated butter chicken, traditionally known as “Murgh Makhani”, accompanied by basmati rice and cashew nuts.
Guests can also enjoy an assortment of seafood freshly caught on the Atlantic coasts, such as the Loup Bar and its Moroccan Charmoula, the spicy Argentinian tagliatelle with seafood, or even the lobster “on the grill”. To conclude the experience on a sweet note, the essential Cheesecake in Magnum will not fail to melt the most greedy pucks with pleasure.
