Shot in Morocco over a year ago, Queen of the desert is a multi-starrer movie based on a true story, which is said to release this September.

Queen of the Desert tells the true story of Gertrude Bell, played by Nicole Kidman, who was a British spy, and an archaeologist at the turn of last century, and ended up playing a major role in establishing the modern state of Iraq. Also a traveler, writer, explorer, cartographer, and political attaché for the British Empire, Bell exercised an enormous amount of power for a woman of her era.

Starring big names in Hollywood, including Nicole Kidman, Robert Pattinson, and James Franco, the movie was majorly shot in different regions of Morocco; Merzouga, Marrakech, Arfoud, and Ouarzazate.

Even though, the cast members are not heavily present on social media, however we were able to get some candid behind the scenes of them on location. Here they are.
