Who wouldn’t need help from some stimulants, especially in the morning or the beginning of the week? Aside from coffee and tea, here are some natural stimulants that are healthy alternatives to caffeine.

 Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is a low-calorie drink that will not only keep you awake but also aid in weight loss. Apple cider vinegar is prepared with the help of fermented apples and contains a compound called acetic acid which is beneficial for diabetics, as it helps lower blood sugar levels. 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water and drink it slowly. You can also add half a teaspoon of honey to make the drink sweeter.

Who does not like a warm cup of hot chocolate on a cold winter’s night, as the mixture of cocoa and milk is a caffeine-free alternative to coffee, hot chocolate is similar to coffee and is the perfect drink to wake you up in the morning.
