Reaching the full potential is the goal of Lean In Morocco Chapter, the variation of the Lean In initiative launched by Facebook’s COO, Sheryl Sandberg, whose aim is to promote female leadership and entrepreneurship.
Founded in 2015 by the lawyer by training and actress committed to the promotion of female leadership Leïla Bazzi, the Lean In Morocco Chapter network has a series of initiatives and offers a workshop entitled #IamRemarkable on May 6 at 4 p.m on Zoom to improve the capacities of self-promotion of women and changing social perceptions .
“In this session, you will develop the confidence to promote yourself at work and in your personal life, to succeed in breaking the glass ceilings or invisible brakes that women can sometimes face in advancing their careers or in the assumption of high responsibilities at their workplace”, explains the network.
Today, the Lean In Morocco Chapter community has more than 300 members, women of all ages and from all backgrounds, determined and united, pooling their skills and talents so that each one achieves her ambitions. Lean In Morocco Chapter also welcomes benevolent men eager to change mentalities for a more egalitarian world.
