El Jadida Horse Show 13th Edition Promises a Rich and Diverse Program

Written by FDM

The 13th edition of the El Jadida Horse Fair kicked off on Tuesday, October 18 around the theme “The Horse Factor of Territorial Development”,

After two years of absence due to Covid-19, the horse show comes back with a rich program that includes several novelties, with equestrian, cultural, artistic, sports, and recreational activities.

Additionally, a Tbourida competition is scheduled with the best Sorbas of the Kingdom who will compete to win the Tbourida Grand Prix of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

Unlike previous years, this 13th edition will see the participation of 18 Sorbas, as opposed to 12 in the last.

With the aim of exchanging expertise in terms of the organization of Purebred Arabian competitions, the 13th edition of this show will witness the signing of a strategic partnership with the Association of Emirates Arabian Horses.

Moreover, the show will also host an award ceremony for the competition of His Highness Sheikh Mansour Ben Zayd of Photography, which is open to international photographers and organized in partnership with the Union of Arab Photographers on the “horse” theme, with a specific category dedicated to Tbourida.

The El Jadida Horse Show has become a major equestrian event for the enhancement and promotion of the equine sector in Morocco. It’s a privileged meeting that allows us to highlight our rich cultural heritage in relation to horses and the attachment of Moroccans to this noble creature.
