Beach Volleyball: African Qualifiers For the Tokyo Olympics Kick-Off in Agadir

The African qualifications for the beach volleyball tournament counting for the Olympic Games (Olympics) in Tokyo kicked off on Tuesday, June 22 in Agadir.

Since Tuesday, June 22, the African qualifications for the beach volleyball tournament counting for the Olympic Games (Olympics) of Tokyo have been taking place in Agadir. These playoffs continue until June 28 and see the participation of 24 selections for men and 20 for women.

On the women’s side, in addition to Morocco, there are teams from Ivory Coast, DR Congo, Egypt, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Mauritius, Nigeria, South Africa, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

For this edition, each country will select two teams A and B for men and women. The teams ranked first in each category will qualify for the Olympics.
