The ’Atelier du chef’’ at Barcelo Anfa Casablanca will take place every second Saturday of the month and will last two hours from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. During these two hours, apprentice cooks will be able, under the advice of Chef Hicham EL HEDDANI, to prepare their dishes (Starter and main course) and eat them on the spot or take them away.
Whether you are a man, or woman, amateur or confirmed cook, student or professional…Participants can come alone or in a group and engage, in a pleasant setting, in an original and convivial activity. All the recipes will be offered so that you can make them again at home.
The process is very simple: they arrive with their hands in their pockets, put on the apron, and off we go for two hours of cooking! All at 300 Dhs including tax! All the equipment is made available and of course, the Chef is there to give his advice and accompany the participants while they’re preparing their dish.
These workshops, which will start on February 15 and will end in July 2020, will be led by the Chef of Barcelo himself. A previous taste was given to the media with the ” Special Media “workshop organized exclusively for members of the press who had the opportunity to prepare their dish and taste it on the spot under the watchful eye of Chef Hicham El HEDDANI.
