Amina Figuigui re-elected as the president of Morocco’s Women Administrators Club

The Club des Femmes Administrateurs CFA Maroc held its general assembly on Thursday, October 22, by videoconference. On this occasion, the CFA voted for the re-election of its president for another 3-year term.

In addition to the approval of the accounts for the 2019 financial year, the general assembly focused in particular on the election of the President and members of the Club’s Board of Directors, the modification of the statutes and internal regulations.

In this context, Amina Figuigui was re-elected president for a three-year term. The Assembly renewed the mandate of the members of the Board of Directors, namely Nadia Fettah, Dounia Taarji, Assia Benhida, Samira Khamlichi, Janie Letrot, Lamia Rida, and Nouzha Taariji.

As a reminder, the Club des Femmes Administrateurs CFA Maroc was founded in March 2012 and today has nearly seventy members. A non-profit association, the CFA aims to support the debate on the representation of women in corporate governance bodies. Its main mission is the promotion of ethical values, good governance, and the improvement of the participation of women in the boards of directors of public and private companies in Morocco.
