This is the first leadership certificate dedicated to women entrepreneurs. AFEM presents the first Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program certificate, designed by the ESCA School of Management as part of the “ESCA Women’s Leadership Academy” aimed at strengthening creativity and risk-taking. Thus, this program, which covers the different facets of female entrepreneurial leadership, is intended to be innovative. It is dedicated to women business leaders and managers who are faced with new professional challenges, those who want to seize opportunities for change, and/or wish to access higher responsibilities.
The objectives of this training are to allow each participant to discover their profile and their potential as leaders, to increase their capacity for initiative and innovation, to establish legitimacy to position themselves as a woman leader, to develop their charisma and performance, and provide meaning, engage and inspire their team and cultivate a positive performance-oriented mindset, as well as build a personal action plan to develop their situational leadership.
