Morocco is among the first 10 countries that have successfully completed the challenge of vaccination against Covid-19, the World Health Organization (WHO) Office in Morocco said on Wednesday, congratulating the kingdom on its Twitter account: ” Congratulations on the success of this campaign! “.

The number of people who have been vaccinated to date in Morocco (dose 1) has reached 3,745,173, while 360,689 have received the second dose of the vaccine, according to data released on Wednesday (February 3) by the Ministry of Health in its daily bulletin on the Covid-19 situation. The national Covid-19 vaccination campaign was launched on January 28 by His Majesty King Mohammed VI. In accordance with the High Royal Instructions, the vaccination campaign is free for all citizens, the aim being to immunize all components of the Moroccan people (approximately 80% of the population), to reduce and then eliminate cases of contamination and death due to the epidemic and to contain the spread of the virus.
