COVID-19: The Moroccan Institute of Relational Psychotherapy at your service

Written by FDM

In this difficult or even anxiety-provoking period caused by the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Moroccan Institute of Relational Psychotherapy is mobilized to offer an attentive ear.

The confinement and repercussions of Coronavirus ( COVID-19 ) can generate stress, anxiety and even exhaustion in some people. To cope with it as best as possible, the Moroccan Institute of Relational Psychotherapy is mobilizing and deploying a listening device.

This psychological support is provided by professional volunteers during free individual listening sessions lasting 30 mins, as explained by the Institute, which has set up an agenda with therapists and their hourly availability as well as their email contact details (see below).

But these sessions are also an opportunity to initiate a change, as the Institute also affirms. Indeed, “together, let us make this moment an opportunity for personal growth and change for the best interest of each and everyone “.
