It is with pride and honor that the team of the MYSLM has announced the recent and first distinction on its Facebook page. “It is an even greater honor to be placed in such distinguished ranks next to the other nominees. A very special thanks to @studio_ko for their great work. And an enormous salute to everyone who is making this museum shine ! “.

The decisions were taken by a jury composed of the British architect Farshid Moussavi, the pioneers of Nordic cuisine René and Nadine Redzepi, the Dutch artist Daan Roosegaarde, the minimalist master Jasper Morrison, and the Ethiopian model Liya Kebede.  The team also made sure to thank Studio KO which is the architectural firm at the origin of the building, inaugurated last October and which extends to over 4,000 m2 near the Jardin Majorelle.

The MYSLM contains 5,000 clothes, 15,000 accessories, thousands of sketches and many other objects, not to mention the two exhibition spaces (permanent and temporary), or the huge library.
