Women and innovations were at the center of Wafasalaf’s March 20 conference for the fourth consecutive year on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

What are the challenges of women’s innovation, particularly the challenges met to promote parity in this field? This is the question tackeled by Wafasalaf who organized for the fourth consecutive year a conference on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

This year’s theme focused on women and innovations. Because ” innovating is an imperative in a world in constant change,” as highlighted by Wafasalaf in a statement that has chosen to honor the innovators, namely these women who move the lines and ultimately change the world.

In keeping with the company’s commitment to youth, the focus is also on the importance of supporting young innovators. “Our duty is to promote and encourage the spirit of innovation, especially among younger generations,” said Laila Mamou, Wafasalaf CEO. The development of our country depends on it.”

On March 8, Wafasalaf also launched on social networks the hashtag #Hya that pushes Moroccan women to share their ideas for innovation, whether it is to change the world or the daily course of life.
