500 g puff pastry

1 yellow bell pepper
Peel the onions and cut them into small pieces, brown them in a pan with a bit of oil. Cut the zucchini and peppers into small pieces, and add them to the onions over low heat. Salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let it cool.
On a lightly floured work surface, spread the puff pastry and cut, using a circular mold, equal pieces. Place the vegetable mixture above each circle, fold the two ends of the dough into a semicircle, pressing strongly on the edges of the dough. Brown the surface with a beaten egg yolk. Place the slippers in a baking dish, bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 160 °C.
