After three intense days, the Timitar Festival brought together, for its last evening, two talented singers. After the troupe Ahwach Tagmout and one of the ambassadors of Amazigh music namely Larbi Imghrane, Dounia Batma stepped up at the stage of the Al Amal Square. The Moroccan ‘Idol” has a devoted following ever since her days at Arab Idol 2012. Her hit tracks resonated with the audience of Timitar who savored her show from beginning to end.
On stage, this beautiful voice then gave way to another: Zina Daoudia. The Chaâbi princess, very influenced by the Aïta, has made a name for herself in and outside Morocco. In Timitar, she considers herself part of the family, as she explained in a press conference before the concert. Which can be explained by the audience’s thunderous applause at the end of each of her songs.
On the other side, it was DJ Hassan, elected best DJ in Morocco in 2011, who animated this beautiful closing evening of the Timitar Festival, which has once again managed its bet of a series of shows and beautiful encounters.
