– 150 g of sesame seeds
– 100 g of powdered sugar
– 100 of glucose or honey
– 30 g of water
– 30 g of butter
Put the glucose, sugar and water in a saucepan and boil for a few minutes.
Remove from the heat and add the sesame and butter. Mix well.
Put a small spoon of this mixture in each impression of the silicone plate. Bake for 13 min in the oven at 180 °C.
Unmold and let cool, cut the Sellou with a round cookie cutter of the same diameter as the nougatines and stick them on.
