Pumpkin energy balls

With its multiple and infinite compositions, energy balls are a sweets alternative for a healthy diet. No cooking necessary, very easy to make, here is a twist proposed by micro-nutritionist, Dr. Imane Slaoui.

Ingredients (For 24 energy balls)

–  250 g of dates
–  250 g of oat bran
–  60 g of pumpkin puree
–  1 tbsp. flax seeds
–  1 tbsp. cinnamon powder
–  1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
–  1/2 tsp. nutmeg
–  250 g pumpkin seeds to coat
–  A pinch of salt

Preparation

–  Put the ingredients in the bowl of a blender and mix everything.
–  Let the preparation, covered with a plastic film, sit for about 30 minutes in the fridge before forming your balls and coat them with the squash seeds.
