Potato and charcuterie skewers

Here is a super easy recipe that combines cold cuts and potatoes for a nice appetizer or a meal taken on the go.

Ingredients:

100 g of beef brisket
200 g of small potatoes
Salt and cumin
Butter

Preparation:

In a saucepan, put the potatoes to a boil with the skin on. Peel them and sauté them in a pan with butter, salt and cumin until they turn golden. Prick a potato then two beef breast rolls and finally a potato. Repeat the operation.
