Oum to perform in Oujda for Ramadan Nights concert

The 2018 edition of “Ramadan Nights” promises some interesting cultural events in Oujda during this month of Ramadan. Singer Oum is expected to perform on Sunday, May 27, 10 pm at the Grand Theatre Mohammed VI.

The eastern city will vibrate on the jazzy and soulful melodies of the Sahrawi singer on Sunday, May 27, at Mohammed VI theater. Known for her warm and engaging performances, Oum is sure to take Oujda natives along in a unique and soulful journey.

Oum by the real name Oum El Ghaït Benessahraoui,  exceptional singer with sparkling eyes, has opened Casablanca’s 10th  “Heritage Days,” on May 9 with an unforgettable show.

According to the French Institute of Morocco, organizer of  “Ramadan Nights” since 2012, this festive event highlights the universal values of dialogue, respect, tolerance and sharing.
