Written by FDM

Ibn Khaldoun Gallery in Tangier houses the best drawings of 12 budding artists who participated in the 5th edition of the Khmissa Competition. Organized from January 23 to 31, this exhibition was set up by the Noufissa Pharma 5 Foundation, the Cultural Center  Les Etoiles du Détroit and the Ali Zaoua Foundation.

The threesome helped highlight the 12 best drawings and the diptych (a large canvas produced per city) of the 5th edition of the Khmissa Competition in light of an exhibition organized from 23 to 31 January at the Ibn Khaldoun Gallery in Tangier. The painting competition, created by the Noufissa Pharma Foundation 5, is committed to awakening the creative potential of young people.

Thus, 60 children between the ages of 6 and 14 took part in the two sessions of the competition launched this year under the theme “Caring and Family”. The first session took place on Wednesday, October 31, in Casablanca, in partnership with the Cultural Center Les Etoiles Sidi Moumen, while the second was held Tuesday, November 6 in Tangier, in collaboration with the Cultural Center Les Etoiles du Detroit.

For the Foundation and its partners, the 5th edition of the Khmissa contest was a real success, as read a statement, since it allowed the children to reveal their talent.
