8 sheets of Pastilla dough (or Fillo dough)
100 g cooked salmon
60 g of fresh cheese
In a salad bowl, mix the cooked salmon, cheese, dill, salt, and pepper. Cut the Fillo dough into 6 strips about 4 cm wide. Place a teaspoon of the filling at the end of each lash, then fold them into a triangle. Bake for 15 minutes (while watching the cooking) or fry for 5 minutes in the pan.
