Morocco’s Hafida Falco amazes the jury of “The Voice” and tops the Moroccan trend

Morocco’s Hafida Falco managed to grab everyone’s attention during the first installment of MBC the Voice’s fifth season. With her advanced vocal techniques, the young women had the four coaches exchanging to win her over. She finally joined Mohamed Hamaki’s team.

By performing the classical “Min Azabak” by the late musician Mohamed Abdel Wahab during the first blind auditions, Hafida displayed a distinctive voice tone, as the judges stated, that has won her a spot in the competition.After the episode was broadcasted, the native of Bouarfa, (a town on the outskirts of Oujda) was able to climb the trends’ pole on Youtube in less than 22 hours.

It’s worth to mention that the Arabic version of The Voice is broadcasted for the fifth consecutive season on the new channel MBC5. The panel of judges has welcomed the Moroccan diva Samira Said, Egyptian singer Mohamed Hamaki, superstar Ragheb Alama and the Gulf artist Ahlam.
