Moroccan youngster Hamza Labeid charms audience and reaches ‘The Voice Kids’ Final

Following a series of acclaimed performances on The Voice Kids competition on MBC, Moroccan contender Hamza Labeid has made it to the final round charming the jury with his vocals.

In the latest intallment of the show on MBC, Hamza once again enchanted the audience by signing a nostalgic song titled “Wahashtini” from late Egyptian singer Souad Mohamed.

Throughout the course of the competition, the young amateur signer aroused a great deal of admiration from both the audience and the jury: Iraqi singer Kazem El Saher, Lebanese diva Nancy Ajram, and Egyptian Tamer Hosni.

Hamza Labeid first appeared on the blind auditions performing one of the most difficult songs of Sabah Fakhri, an iconic Syrian artist. The jury members pressed the buzzer immediately as soon as the yougster started singing, and the video went viral on Moroccan social networks.

Moving on as part of Kazem El Saher’s team, Hamza has managed to outperform his two rivals during the Cross-battle and won the best performance of the song “Matfoutnish Ana wahdi” of Egyptian singer and composer Sayed Mekawy.

Once again Kazem El Saher did not hesitate to choose Hamza for the finals. Each of the three jury members selected two competitors who will then compete in the finals for the show’s second season title. Best of luck!
