You asked for it. Here it is!  If there’s any dish that would define Moroccan cuisine besides couscous, it must be Tagine. Here’s a staple recipe that can be found in every Moroccan home.

Tagine refers to the traditional earthenware pot in which the dish is cooked and served at the same time, it can contain various combinations of ingredients; vegetables and meats; to make up different flavors each time.
