Los Angeles hosted the 23rd Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG Awards) on Sunday, January 29th, which rewarded actors and actresses of cinema and television last year. And as with every edition the array of stars can expect to be wined and dined throughout the ceremony. And this year’s ceremony menu, developed by Wolfgang Puck featured one of our dearest Moroccan dishes: couscous!
As reported by People, The famous American chef Wolfgang Puck in charge, had chosen a Mediterranean theme for Sunday night’s dinner, which featured roasted acorn squash with toasted farro topped with lolla rossa lettuce, almonds and cider vinaigrette; green tea marinated salmon with bulgur wheat, tofu, and sweet soy; and spiced chicken with Moroccan couscous and saffron aioli.
We will never know how it must’ve tasted but one thing is for sure, hollywood stars savored every bit of it!
