Moroccan chef honored with prestigious award

Fatema Hal, a Moroccan chef and an ethnologist, was rewarded with the prestigious François Rabelais award on March 13, for her entire work.

A distinction awarded by the European Foundation for the Food Heritage. Fatema Hal is also an ambassador of Moroccan gastronomy and author of numerous books.
