Miso Soup

We have brought the perfect soup recipe for all vegetarians out there; the Miso soup. It’s a traditional Japanese broth made from miso and dashi.


(For 6 persons)

1 liter of water
150 g of miso paste
15 g of Dashi (kombu and dried bonito broth)
150 g of tofu
1⁄2 bunch of chives
2 wakame leaves
2 tbsp soy sauce


Pour the water into a saucepan, then add the Dashi and the wakame leaves cut into small squares. Boil the mix. Remove the pan from the heat and add the miso paste and soy sauce. Continue cooking over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut the tofu into cubes and add it to the soup. Finally, wash, chop, and add the chives. Cook for a few minutes before serving.
