115 grams of sugar
120 + 90 ml of water
120 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
40 mint leaves and a few to garnish the juice
20 ice cubes
1 teaspoon of orange blossom water (optional)
Pour the sugar and 90 ml of water into a saucepan. Put the pan on medium heat and bring to a boil until your sugar is completely melted. Take off heat and let cool.
In a blender, pour the sugar syrup, 120 ml of water, lemon juice, mint leaves, ice cubes and orange blossom water. Mix until everything is mixed and the ice cubes break into small pieces. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
