All the members welcomed this election which will allow AFEM (The Association of Morocco’s Women Entrepreneurs) to gain new momentum and deploy its action program around the development of female entrepreneurship.
Leila Doukali developed her vision with “the ambition of a strong AFEM which counts even more strongly on the economic chessboard, an innovative and committed AFEM for parity” said a statement from the association. One of the main points of this mandate and which was also placed on the agenda during this elective general assembly is the implementation of the process of advanced regionalization. This is how the debate focused on regional delegations and their desire to have more autonomy in the management of AFEM representations.
According to this same press release, the program presented for the 2019-2022 mandate is in line with the expectations of women entrepreneurs as part of the new development model advocated by the highest authorities. The President-elect has also committed to federating all of the members in order to rebuild a stronger and more representative association.
