The 6th edition of the international short film competition Ana Maghribi.a, organized by the French Institute of Morocco in partnership with the Credit du Maroc is launched. The theme of this year is ‘Commitment’. And the jury is composed mainly of women!
This year, the contest Ana Maghribi.a invites young people to discuss everything about commitment. Indeed. Young people under 30 have until October 6 to submit their short film of fewer than 90 seconds built around this theme.
A strong theme that addresses engagement for and with others, but also the commitment to oneself. This year, to decide between the candidates, the French Institute of Morocco appealed to the film producer Lamia Chraïbi to chair the jury. At her side, we find actress Fatym Layachi, actress Sonia Okacha, deputy general director of JawJab Younès Lazrak and communication director of Crédit du Maroc Mouna Benrhanem.
The jury will award several prizes to the most creative and original videos. In 2018, 193 films were sent from all regions of Morocco as well as from France. In the end, 6 prizes were awarded.
