The Jazzablanca Festival reaches out to young artists from Morocco

The Jazzablanca Festival returns from July 2 to 7 for its 14th edition and launches its famous call for applications for Moroccan artists or residents in Morocco.

Jazz music will resonate again in Casablanca. The Jazzablanca Festival is back for a 14th edition from July 2nd to 7th. And as an ad never comes alone. The organizers are launching for the fourth year in a row a call for applications for Moroccan artists or residents in Morocco to put the spotlight on the emerging youth of the Moroccan scene.

Concretely, the candidates will have to propose at least three original compositions and a stage performance of at least one hour, as reads the press release. Registration is free and open to all musical groups. Deadline for sending is Monday, April 15th, midnight.

The chosen ones will get the opportunity to perform on one of the festival stages, at the Casa – Anfa Racecourse and/or on the BMCI stage at the United Nations Place.
