– 400 g pasta
– 250 g of mozzarella
– 5 tomatoes
– Arugula salad
– 2 handfuls of green olives
– 4 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 teaspoons of oregano
– 4 teaspoons of pesto sauce
– 1 clove of garlic

– Finely mince the garlic and cut the olives into slices. Add the garlic, olives, and oregano to the tomatoes. Then, cut the mozzarella in dice and let it rest on a plate.
– Add the tomato pesto and mix well.
– Pour the pasta into a large pot of salted boiling water. Once cooked, drain and add directly to the bowl with the tomatoes. Add the mozzarella cubes and mix.
– To finish, decorate the salad with some leaves of arugula.
