Inspired by the Italian family kitchen and traditional hearty home-cooked meals, Il 288 offers the “L’Atelier du chef’’ workshop, which will take place on Saturday 05 December from 11:00 a.m.
During the class, apprentice cooks will be able to get their hands dirty and experience a pure moment of indulgence, under the advice of the head chef.
Aimed at all audiences: from beginners to cooking enthusiasts, including gourmets, the one-hour workshop will be followed by a full-course lunch in the relaxed Mediterranean style dining area overlooking a beautiful garden.
Places are limited to a maximum of 6 people per session. Reservations are required via Instagram or Facebook. Workshop + lunch formula is at 400 Dhs. An apron, gloves, and toque are provided.
