Glovo Launches Contactless Delivery Service

To combat the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety of its customers, the Glovo online ordering platform is adapting its practices and launching the “Contactless” delivery formula.

The “Contactless” delivery formula allows customers to receive their orders at the place of their choice, and this in the context of payment by bank card. Customers can also opt for the “Without Signature” option which now applies to all deliveries.

Finally, and in accordance with the directives of the World Health Organization (WHO), Glovo employees and collaborators will apply all the health security measures imposed by the authorities. Glovers are equipped with gloves, masks, and antiseptic gels, and the teams are made aware on a daily basis in order to respect safety distances in all their interactions.

These initiatives, which help limit direct contact between customers and Glovers, guarantee safer delivery for both parties. Glovo will also commit to delivering essential products to its customers.
