Fish pot with winter vegetables

A delicious recipe loaded with vegetables and vitamins for a comforting meal.


4 fish fillets
1/2 cabbage
1 carrot
2 leeks
1 pepper
1 turnip
4 fresh button mushrooms 1/2 packet of black mushrooms
Olive oil and spices
2 teaspoons of wheat
2 dates
2 dried figs
6 crushed walnuts


In a pot, cook the cut vegetables in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the salt, pepper, ginger, saffron, and curry. When the vegetables are cooked and still crunchy, place the salted and peppered fish fillets on top. Cook for another 5 minutes and serve with a drizzle of light cream. As a side dish, cook the wheat in salted water until the water is absorbed. Off the heat, add the saffron, a few crushed walnuts, dried figs, and diced dates.
