Much more than a feast for the taste buds, this event, the first of its kind in the city, is above all an invitation to discover and enhance Morocco and its heritage through the culinary art.
“Gastronomy has become today a real lever of tourist attraction worldwide, and we are banking on the richness of our heritage and on the creativity of the chefs and guest professionals, in order to promote this sector which is still underused in Morocco“ Says Siham El Faydi, founder of the festival.
And in addition to the local public and restaurateurs committed to this cause, the organizers also count on the involvement and awareness of public and private tourism operators, in order to think of designing offers oriented towards gastronomic tourism.
The solidarity economy, in Morocco and Africa, is also on the schedule! And this thanks to a program highlighting local products which in addition to being exposed, will be incorporated into the recipes of national and international chefs for tasty discoveries and tastings.
