Does meditation help with weight loss?

It is no secret that meditation helps your blood pressure and manages your stress. The practice of focusing your thoughts to find clarity and calm is said to also help you lose weight.

Although there is no direct proof that meditation helps with weight loss, according to meditation coach Lynne Goldberg, it does help you become more aware of your thoughts and actions, including those that relate to food.
