DIY tricks to banish blackheads and leave the skin baby smooth

There’s nothing more satisfying than a good pore strip, still overusing them can damage your pores and capillaries. Plus they can get quite expensive. That said, there are some DIY alternatives you can use to keep your nose quite as clean.

Gelatin powder and milk mask:

Make a sticky blackhead removal strip at home by mixing a tablespoon of gelatin powder and stir into a tablespoon of milk until it dissolves and a thick paste is produced. Heat the texture in the microwave for 10 sec, let it cool down and apply to the affected area. Let it dry up for about half an hour and then peel it away. Enjoy the satisfaction!

Baking soda and toothpaste:

This one is for a quick fix, a paste of one part baking soda, one part toothpaste and two parts water can help get banish blackheads on the face. It can be applied to the affected area by a toothbrush, leave for 10 minutes and massage with a damp finger.

Egg white:

Gooey egg whites can make a fuss-free mask that can remove blackheads, as well as tightening pores to prevent further breakouts. Simply separate the white from the yolk and begin layering on your face.

Lemon juice:

It can help prevent the annoyance, by applying it on its own with a cotton pad and leaving it overnight.  It can later be washed off in the morning. It can also be made into a scrub by mixing it with yoghurt, honey, and salt.

Green Tea:

Well known for its antioxidant benefits, Green tea can also be used to treat blackheads and boasts skin-protecting properties.To unclog the pores mix with water to create a deep cleaning paste that can be scrubbed onto the skin. Rinse with warm water afterwards.
