(for a dozen turnovers)
A puff pastry
50 g of butter
3 tablespoons of sugar
Peel and cut the apples into small pieces, cook them on low heat in a pan with the butter, sugar and cinnamon. Leave on the side. Spread the puff pastry and cut circles with a cookie cutter. Place a little apple stuffing in the middle of each circle. Coat the edges with egg yolk and close to form turnovers by sticking the sides well. Brush them with egg yolk and bake for 30 minutes at 190 °C.
