● 1 box of cheese spreads in portions ● 2 pears ● Cinnamon ● Crushed nuts ● 250 g of honey ● 2 large pastilla leaves ● Butter ● Oil for frying.
● Peel, cut the pear into small pieces and sauté for a few minutes with the butter and caster sugar. ● Mix the cheese, cinnamon, and pears. ● Cut the pastilla leaves into four. ● Garnish each sheet with the mixture and roll in a cigar shape. ● Fry the cigars in hot oil, then drain. ● Brush the cigars with honey and then sprinkle with crushed nuts.
